At Tommy V’s Urban Kitchen, we celebrate the vibrant flavors of Californian, New American, and Contemporary Italian cuisine. Our eclectic menu features stone-fired gourmet pizzas, handcrafted burgers, house-made pastas, and tantalizing seafood, ensuring there's something for everyone.

The heart of our restaurant is Francisco Montellano, who began his culinary journey in 1994 with the Maggiore Family at Joey’s California Bistro. Rising quickly from shift manager to General Manager, he later helped open Tomaso’s and refined his skills at Tuscany in La Costa, where he became a beloved figure in the community.

After transitioning to Tommy V’s, Francisco took on the role of General Manager in 2018, following Melissa Maggiore's move to Arizona. Today, he is dedicated to upholding the legacy of Tomaso Maggiore while fostering a welcoming atmosphere in the Bressi Ranch community. As a devoted father and husband, Francisco’s passion for food and family continues to thrive at Tommy V’s.
